All purchases are made-to-order. When you place your order, your order goes into a que for production and deliver. Every Thursday at 7pm I print all orders. Friday I prepare all files and set to print. This is Batch #1. Saturday, I prepare all files for Batch #2. I then clean and prep Batch #1. Sunday morning Batch #1 is prepared for shipping, while Batch #2 is cleaned and prepped. Batch #2 is then packaged. Both Batch #1 and Batch #2 are shipped Monday in the outgoing mail. 

The only exception to this schedule is when an order requires a custom fitting or when Monday is a Holiday, in which case it is shipped the next day.
